At ASSA, we have different options to make it easier for our clients to pay their premiums and thus provide the peace of mind of always being protected by a leading brand at a regional level.
We offer you the following payment methods:
Online Payment
You can make your policy payments online (premium, deductible and recurring payments).

Automatic Credit Card Charge
If you have the modality of automatic credit card charges, in which you can schedule recurring charges (monthly). To have this modality it is necessary to complete the credit card charge authorization form and send a signed copy to [email protected].
VISA Payments Button
When you request this payment option, we will send you a link, via text message or WhatsApp, so you can make the payment from the comfort of your home, office or wherever you are.

Payment at Window
Payment made at our office located at: 7th Avenue 12-23 Zone 9, Etisa Building, 3rd. Level, North Wing.
Available from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (without closing at noon). – 5:00 p.m. (without closing at noon).
VISA Quotas and Credoquotas
With this payment option, you will be able to pay your annual policy premium in installments with your credit card.
Payments in Quetzal currency are accepted under this modality. For more information on the number of applicable installments and authorization form, please write to [email protected].
- Visa Quotas: Applies to VISA cards issued by all banks of the Financial System, except VISA cards issued by BAC.
- Credoquotas: Applies to all brands of cards issued exclusively by Banco América Central (BAC). For this modality, the credit card must be presented at the cashier’s area of ASSA’s offices, with the credit card in physical form.
Home Collection
We offer you a personalized home visit service, in which we can coordinate the collection of your policies, providing you with the facility to make your payments in cash, by check or by credit and/or debit card.
Payments made by check should be made payable to ASSA Compañía de Seguros, S.A.

Bank Account Deposits or Transfers
You may also make your policy payments by direct deposit to our bank accounts. If you choose this payment method, please send us your proof of payment by registering the transfer or deposit here
